How Much Do I Have To Pay?

Monthly-Recurring And Prepaid Subscriptions

Month-to-month subscriptions are charged £14.95 and are available for UK customers only! International customers may choose one of the prepaid options:

• 3-Months Prepaid: £42.60 (UK), £52.50 (other countries);
• 6-Months Prepaid: £80.70 (UK), £100 (other countries);
• 12-Months Prepaid: £152.50 (UK), £200 (other countries)

Shipping Frequency & Fees

First of all, shipping charges are already included in the subscription price, that’s why international customers have to pay a little more than domestic ones.

The boxes are shipped out monthly around the 10th of the month and need 3 (within the UK) to 31 business days ( internationally, usually 10-14 days) to arrive at your door.

How To Avoid The Subscription Charges?

Love Lula Subscriptions are not open-ended and expire in 12 Months with an option to resubscribe. However, if you don’t want to wait that long, you can cancel your subscription to stop the recurring charges. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time. 3- and  6-months prepaid subscriptions are also subject to a cancellation, but they are nonrefundable: you will still receive the boxes until the end of the prepaid period, but your subscription will not renew anymore. What Are The Cancellation Options?

You can cancel your subscription either:

• By logging into your account: find your subscription info and click ‘Unsubscribe’;

By sending an email at info@lovelula.com. Please write ‘Unsubscribe’ in a title line to help the customer support process your request faster.
