JoJo Siwa presents a subscription service for her biggest fans of all ages. JoJo boxes contain one-of-a-kind products (clothing items, accessories, stationery, and gifts) following JoJo’s style and produced exclusively for JoJo Siwa Box. If you purchase a yearly subscription, you’ll also get a bow-stand in your first box to collect and store your hair bows.

How Much Are The Fees?

Subscription Plan Types

• Annual Subscription (Prepaid): $120 upfront ($30/box), renewed yearly, shipped quarterly.
• Quarterly Subscription ( Pay-As-You-Go): $30.00 per quarter, renewed and shipped quarterly.

Shipping And Handling Charges

JoJo Siwa ship the boxes within the US and to the United Kingdom. USA customers are charged a $7 shipping fee in addition to the subscription cost. Those from the UK, in turn, $25. Furthermore, any applicable sales taxes or customs duties are the subscribers’ responsibility.

How To Stop The Recurring Payments?

Quarterly subscriptions renew every 3 months on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. Annual subscriptions renew every year on the day of initial purchase. If you want to avoid the recurring charges, you have to cancel your subscription before the next auto-renewal. You can cancel your subscription plan, whether annual or quarterly, at any time. Keep in mind that JoJo Siwa issues no refunds for any partial-time subscription periods so you will keep receiving the boxes until the end of the ongoing subscription term, but your subscription will not renew anymore.

How To Cancel JoJo Box  

Here’s how you can cancel JoJo Box subscription:

• Go to https://thejojobox.com/; 
• Click ‘My Account’ and enter your login data;
• While in your account, locate the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ menu and select ‘Cancel’;
• Choose your reason to stop the subscription and confirm the cancellation by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’.
