The Get Socked socks are made from bamboo cotton consisting of 75% bamboo, 22% polyester, and 3% elastane. In general, these socks fit both men and women, however they are specifically designed to fit men between 7.5 and 13.5 sizes (US). Each box includes a pair of socks and is delivered right to your door. 

The subscription options are: 

– 12 Month Sock Subscription (PrePaid) – $118.40 AUD 

– 6 Month Sock Subscription (PrePaid) -$53.28 AUD 

– 3 Month Sock Subscription (PrePaid) – $26.64 AUD  

– Monthly Sock Subscription – $9.87 AUD 

Upon signup, you will be charged the first month’s fee, with future monthly charges being made on the 20th of each month for a monthly plan or on the 20th of the last month of your current subscription period. 

Terms of Shipping 

Each month, products are automatically sent out on the 7th. The delivery is free within Australia. However, international subscribers have to pay the shipping costs. It typically takes 2 days to ship within Australia and 5-10+ days Internationally. 

How can I get a refund at Get Socked? 

It takes a month from the day socks are delivered to be eligible for a return. You can return them to Get Socked for a full refund.  

How do I cancel? 

There can be difficulties with entering your account at https://www.getsocked.com.au/. The reason is Get Socked uses a 3rd party application for subscriptions, so if you do not create an account during the checkout process, you won’t be able to manage your account. To opt out of receiving the remaining boxes, email customer support at cancel@getsocked.com.au. However, if you email the service, they can send you a link to grant you access.
