InstaCandy is a monthly-recurring candy subscription. Each subscription box contains at least 8 full-sized treats from famous and lesser-known confectionary brands along with occasional fun extras. Every month, subscribers receive a different mix of candies, but it always includes sweet, sour, and chocolate treats both from the US and other countries.

The price of each InstaCandy Box is $24.99 USD. Subscription charges reoccur monthly until you cancel.

Shipping & Taxes

Insta Candy currently shipps to the US and Canada locations:

  • Shipping within the US is free of charge, however, sales tax may apply depending on the local state regulations.
  • Canadian subscribers are charged $5.00 USD per shipment.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

If you subscribed to InstaCandy by mistake, you are allowed to cancel your subscription within the first 24 hours upon signup and get a full refund. If you won’t do so, your subscription will get activated and your first order will be prepared for shipping. After that, refunds will be no longer possible. Subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month, so if you want to make a cancellation, it would be useful to do it before that happens. Due to the nature of the products sold (food products), Insta Candy cannot accept returns. Therefore, getting a refund for unwanted products is also practically impossible.

How Do I Cancel Monthly Payments?

If you want to stop receiving Insta Candy boxes and discontinue the recurring charges, you have to cancel your subscription. For this purpose:

  • Contact InstaCandy customer support at support@Instacandy.com;
  • Don’t forget to mention your name and the e-mail address you used to subscribe to the service;
  • Wait for your request to be processed (normally within 1-2 business days). 

Mind that the cancellation procedure should be completed before the next auto-renewal date so that you can avoid the charges
