Monthly Fees
The Book Drop offers eight subscription types based on the book genres. The price of each subscription box is $8.00 – $17.99/month + shipping.
Auto-Renewal
You may choose month-to-month billing or prepay three, six, or twelve months of your subscription. Automatic subscription renewal occurs on the last day of your billing cycle.
Shipping Rates
The cost of shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $3.99 per box, $19.99 fee will be charged for the orders shipped to Canada and $26.00 for all other international orders. Taxes and duties may apply.
How To Deal With The Strict Refund Policy
The Book Drop allows subscription cancelation at any time, however, if you cancel your prepaid subscription early, you will keep receiving the orders until the end of your subscription term. There’s also no guarantee that you’ll get a refund for that. Anyway, you are free to request a refund by email: support@thebookdrop.com, and if your claim is reasonable, it may be satisfied. You don’t have to send the books back as returns are not accepted in any case. Alternatively, you may turn to your bank for a chargeback.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Cancel your subscription anytime through your Book Drop account:

- Locate your subscription info and
- Select ‘Cancel’.
You can also email customer support at support@thebookdrop.com to apply for cancellation. Mind that it may take some time to process your request, and you may get charged once again.
