Subscribing to Bombibox, you get an opportunity to try out new top-quality cosmetic brands on a regular basis. All products come either in full or in a premium sample size.
How much do you get billed?
According to your subscription type, you get a box or a bag of hand-picked beauty products on a monthly or quarterly basis at the following price:
- Bombibox Luxe: $38.99 per month,
- Bombibag Subscription: $19.99 per month,
- Bombibox Quarterly: $38.99 per quarter, and
- Bombibox Luxe 3 Months Subscription: $115.98 (paid per quarter but shipped every month).
Shipping to the US is included in the subscription price.
How to stop monthly withdrawals and get your money back?
End your subscription
Bombibox follows ‘cancel anytime’ policy. This means that you can cancel their services or put them on hold at any given moment. See the next section for further details.
Get the money-back
If you are not happy with Bombibox, you may also want to make a return and get a refund for it. To do that, you’ve got the following options:
- Send a request to hi@bomibox.com. As a rule, Bombibox pays the money back for all the products you return if you haven’t opened and used them.
- Ask your card issuer to do a Chargeback to your card.
- Use specialized online Services, providing help with refunds.
How to quit your membership?
Before you make any return and apply for a refund, in order to stop receiving the boxes and being charged for that, you should cancel on Bombibox services. That won’t take long, here’s all you have to do:

If any problem occurs, you can email hi@bomibox.com to let them do a cancellation for you.
After your membership is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you ever change your mind, you are free to resume your subscription at any time.
