Oyatsubox is a company located in Okinawa. It sells original snacks, candies, and drinks that can be found in Japan only. Subscription Boxes filled with goodies of all sorts are shipped from Japan right to your doorstep every single month.

How Much Does It Cost?

Subscription Charges

Premium Oyatsubox Subscription cost is a flat rate of $28.99 per month. Each subscription box contains 10 to 14 items, including:

• 1 beverage,
• 1 toy,
• 3-4 exclusive snacks, 
• candies and more.

Billing Cycle

Your billing date falls on the day when you subscribed to Oyatsubox. This means you will be billed automatically on the same day every following month until your subscription is canceled.

Worldwide Shipping

Oyatsubox grants free shipping on all subscription boxes without any taxes or extra charges. The boxes are shipped on the 1st of every month and need up to 14 days to arrive at your door.

Return and Refund Policy

You have control over your subscription and can manage it anytime through your account. If you don’t want to receive the crates anymore, try to unsubscribe from the service before the end of the ongoing month (i.e. before the next shipment). Otherwise, you’ll need to make a return before you will be able to get the money back. You may return the unpacked boxes within 7 days upon receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs will be excluded from the refunded amount. To apply for a return or refund, email Oyatsubox customer service at staff@oyatsucafe.com.

To cancel your subscription you may turn to Oyatsubox via email mentioned in the previous section. But it will be faster and easier if you cancel it online:

• Go to https://www.oyatsubox.com/;
• Sign in to Oyatsubox with your username and password;
• Click ‘Manage Subscription’ and select ‘Cancel’.
