What Is AromaBox?

AromaBox subscription boxes are packed with the top-quality artisanal scented skin&bodycare products for real aroma lovers. Each box contains 5 full-size and 2 sample-size products plus some surprising extras and is delivered to your doorstep every other month. Products featured in the subscription boxes are produced by small companies from the US, Canada, and Australia.

How Does Membership Work?

Subscription Expences

AromaBox membership charge is a flat rate of $31.97. Subscribers are billed on a bi-monthly basis. You are charged for your first box immediately as you sign up. After that, you will be rebilled around the 25th of every other month.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

The boxes are shipped out within the first week of the month following the billing. Shipping costs for the US orders are calculated according to the USPS rates. International shipping may be quite expensive. Shipping costs are in any case not subject to a refund.

AromaBox Cancellation & Refund Policy

You are free to cancel your membership at any time through your account on https://aromaboxme.com/. If you want to return the products and get your money back, you have to contact AromaBox within 30 days after the delivery at the following email address: subscribe@aromaboxme.com. Please, make sure to contact Aroma Box prior to sending the products back. Returned products must be unused, in the original packaging and with the receipts attached. After the return is received, you’ll get a confirmation email. Mind that some types of products (e.d. edibles) can not be returned. The refund (excluding shipping costs) will be charged back to your credit card within three business days after your claim is approved.

How Do You Cancel AromaBox?

• Navigate to ‘My Subscription’, and
• Click ‘Cancel’.
