Craftpod is a British subscription service delivering multiple craft projects in one box with everything you need to start making. The Craft Pod service offers a quarterly subscription plan to celebrate each season with an embroidery, sewing or other crafting diy design. In addition to the crafting materials, you will also find ingredients for making a delicious cup of tea. Whenever a new box is released, you may either subscribe to the box for a year (4 boxes) or purchase a single box to try it out. The majority of the projects in the boxes can be completed by anyone regardless of their level of crafting experience, as they include detailed instructions in full color. These boxes are primarily intended for adults – children under 10 years of age will require adult supervision. 

The subscription cost can be: 

– 96 pounds for a yearly subscription (4 boxes) 

– 26 pounds for a single Craftpod  

 Unless you choose to skip, cancel or skip a subscription period at the checkout, it will automatically renew monthly.  

Shipping Terms 

Craftpod ships internationally. Postage to the UK is done by Royal Mail as standard postage. Shipments overseas are tracked. On average, the shipping fee is: 

– £2.50 – Royal Mail – single Craftpod 

– £10.00 – Royal Mail subscription (covers all four boxes) 

– £11.50 for Rest of World – Royal Mail tracked 

– £46.00 for Rest of World – Royal Mail tracked – (covers all 4 boxes) 

Refunds and Returns 

Items that have been shipped are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For a refund, please contact Craftpod customer support department at info@craftpod.co.uk. 

How to cancel your subscription: 

To stop re-occurring billing, you need to cancel your subscription. To do so, use the contact form at the official website or email at info@craftpod.co.uk. The process of cancellation and refunding depends on type of subscription.
