Cancel my Butterfly Box membership

Butterfly Box is a Christian subscription for women to grow their faith. A Butterfly Box subscription box contains a variety of useful items  featured at their official website at https://www.yourbutterflybox.com: 

– Inspirational Books, Devotionals or Journals  

– Christian jewelry  

– Scripture Decor 

– Theme-related gifts to illustrate biblical themes 

– Gifts of Relaxation (Soaps, Lotion, Candles, etc.) 

Each month you get 4 – 6 curated items.  The women subscription service claims that the items in a monthly box are worth over $34.99. There are several subscription plans to choose from: 

– Monthly – $42.99 

– 3-month plan – $131.99 

– 6-month plan – $257.99 

-12-month plan – $491.99 

The Butterfly Box subscription is auto-renewal, so you will get billed monthly until you cancel your membership.  Upon signing up for a subscription, the subscriber will be billed right away. Your subscription will then be renewed thirty days after for monthly plan or 90 days after for pre-paid subscriptions. If you’re buying a subscription as a gift, you’ll need to subscribe for at least three (3) months and the subscription won’t be renewed after the current term is over. 

Shipping Terms 

All 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are covered by the Butterfly Box Christian subscription shipping policy. Shipping methods may vary depending on your shipping address and items selected during checkout. Shipping and handling charges apply to each shipping address. 

Refunds and Returns 

There are no refunds for subscription payments unless the items in your monthly box are damaged.  

In such case, contact the Customer support team to raise the issue and send you a replacement. 

How to cancel your subscription: 

In the event you wish to cancel your subscription, please make sure to do so before your next fitness crate ships out. To start your cancellation: 

-Select Manage Subscriptions. 

– Locate Subscriptions. 

– Click Edit or Cancel. 

Your subscription will then automatically be updated to “”Cancelled”” prior to your next renewal date.
