How to get refund from Frock Box

Frock Box is an online stylist assistance service, offering monthly delivery of clothing from local and abroad brands. The packages are available in 3 sizes. 

Fees & Returns

Here are the Frock Box monthly subscription types:

  • Jewel: $29.95 + $3 shipping fee
  • Gold: $59.95 + $9.95 shipping fee
  • Favorites: $24.95 (included in the cost of the clothing) + free shipping 

For Jewel and Gold membership plans return is possible only in case you return everything that was sent to you. Favorites plan is a little bit different, you can return items you don’t like and pay only for the ones you keep. 

How to stop monthly payments

If you subscribed to Frock Box by mistake, don’t like the products, or don’t think the price is reasonable, you might want to unsubscribe from it. In this case, you should:

  • Make a return (if applicable). All returns should be made in 5 business days. Please note you might be charged extra for delivery and restocking.
  • Cancel the upcoming order and stop your subscription. This can be done online just in few clicks. Below, we describe the cancellation process in detail.
  • Apply for a refund. Find out how much you can get back from Frock Box first. If that’s not enough, apply for a refund at your bank or turn to the specialized refund-helping services. 

Get it canceled

The good news is your subscription to Frock box can be canceled at any time either:

By logging in to Frock Box

  • Log in to your account
  • Locate ‘Your subscription’ at the navigation bar and click it to open the details;
  • On the upcoming page, click ‘Cancel’ next to your subscription details
  • Click ‘OK’ to confirm the cancellation

You can also send an email at customerservice@frockbox.ca if for any reason you are not able to cancel your subscription online. Please, provide your account details and the reasons why you want to cancel the service.
