Each Grace & Stella subscription box features 6 products from their online store hand-picked individually for each customer. Upon sign up, subscribers are offered to take a short quiz to set up their preferences.
How Is The Subscription Price Calculated?
Quarterly Recurring Charges
Subscribers pay $32.95 (+ shipping for international orders) quarterly for:
- 5 full-size cosmetic products;
- 1 sample-size product;
- kitchen essentials or home deco (optionally).
The total value of each box accounts for up to $70-80.
Billing Cycle
Grace And Stella Beauty Box is a quarterly recurring subscription, subscribers are billed automatically every 3 months.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within the US is free of charge, the international shipping fee is displayed at the checkout screen.
How To Stop The Subscription Auto-Renewal?
To stop the automatic payments, you have to cancel your subscription before it renews. However, if your next shipment is already being prepared for you, there’s no way to cancel your order. The current box will be still shipped to you and your cancellation will become effective starting from the next subscription term.
You may return unused products in the original packaging in order to get a refund for them. To find out if you are eligible to do so, email Grace And Stella at info@graceandstella.com. Refunds are issued at their sole discretion, in case if your request is approved, you’ll get the money back to your card within one week.
How To Request A Subscription Cancellation?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For this end:

- mention your account details and request the cancellation, giving your reasons;
- Wait for your request to be processed.
Once the cancellation is successfully done, you’ll get a confirmation email.
