You can also find a product card with detailed information about the samples and discount offers within your subscription box.

Terms of shipping 

Cocotique Subscription boxes are shipped between 15th and 20th each month. Subscriptions and payments for current month’s boxes close on the last day of each month. As an example, if you order between June 1st and June 30th, you will receive the June Box. All the subscription boxes are shipped free of charge but there is a sales tax for boxes shipping to NY. The service ships to the United States only. 

Refund Policy 

Refunds are not available for subscription boxes and limited-edition boxes. Subscribers or purchasers accept the fact that they will receive a variety of products, some of which may not work for them. 

How to stop the subscription? 

The first month of a monthly recurring subscription cannot be canceled or refunded. If you would like to cancel after the first month, you must do so by at least seven days prior to your subscription’s renewal date. The 10th of every month is the renewal date for all monthly subscriptions, so you must cancel by the last day of the previous month.
